Who is looking for an apartment for the family, will find at the ground floor apartments. These are ideal for 4 people. It is possible to accommodate two more people in the living room on the sofa bed.(Extra bed per night and person 10 €)

A small external staircase leads to the balcony of apartment 2 (ground floor left), which also serves as an entrance.

The apartment is modern and comfortably furnished.

The living / dining kitchen, with a table and a living island, ideal for leisurely and convivial ambiance. In the kitchen you will find all practical cooking utensils, which are needed for the education and daily needs.

In the living / dining area, a TV is integrated.

From the living / dining kitchen leads to all other rooms.
Overall, the apartment has 2 comfortable bedrooms, each equipped with a closet or shelves.

The bedding configuration is as follows:
1 room with double bed (1.80 x 2.00 cm)
1 room with 2 single beds (80 x 1.90 cm)
1 sofa bed in the living / dining area

In the room with the single beds in addition there is a TV. Also you have the option here to set up an extra cot. Please contact us in this!

The ground floor apartment features each have a bright and friendly bathroom with shower, WC and window.
Additionally, there are still 1 guest toilet, also with window.

On cooler days the heater for heat in the rooms and on hot days, makes you can regulate a comfortable temperature by our air conditioning.
The cost of heating and air conditioning will be charged according to consumption and the current price of electricity on departure.

What else is important:
All our apartments are Non smoking apartments.
Parking is plentiful on the property.
Sheets and towels can be booked separately. The linen costs once € 5.00 per person, the towel package (2 towels + 1 bath towel) costs once € 3.00 per person.(Please order the linen package at the latest 10 days prior to departure by phone or e-mail, the payment then on arrival on the spot.)
Dish towels are included in the price.

The tax is payable by the owner or the Kurverwlaltung spot.

You have under the opportunity to find a stroller on the spot.
Bicycles must be connected outside.

Arrival is from 16 00. If you arrive earlier please contact us in advance and we will see if this is possible.
Please let us know one day before arrival, expected arrival time with.

The departure must be before 10 00.
