ゴールデンウィーク中のためか国道20号が渋滞していて騒音が気になった。バスの本数が少ないので公共交通機関では行きにくい。スタッフの対応は良かった。この地域では他にないのでまた利用すると思う。

宿泊前日に依頼していたタクシーの予約が取れないとの連絡があったが、その際朝食の時間の案内が間違っていて、無駄な買い物をしてしまった 夜間上の階から足音の騒音があり、苦情として伝えたが、部屋を移動を考えてくれないのか 全く眠れなかった

チェックイン時間を事前に伝えたにもかからず、その時間にフロントに誰も居なかった。ベルを押しても誰も出てこず、10分近く待たされて一人スタッフが現れ「アメニティーを届けていまして。。」とのひとこと。全く悪びれることもなく謝罪の言葉もなく、ニヤニヤ笑うだけだった。接客サービスとして最低の対応。滞在そのものが最低なものになった。

今回で三回目の利用です。朝食が、美味しい。特にクロワッサンが、気に入ってます。大浴場もありコ・ス・パよし。一点残念なのは、施設が古いこともありますが、トイレの便座が小さいのが残念です。
