宿泊前日に依頼していたタクシーの予約が取れないとの連絡があったが、その際朝食の時間の案内が間違っていて、無駄な買い物をしてしまった 夜間上の階から足音の騒音があり、苦情として伝えたが、部屋を移動を考えてくれないのか 全く眠れなかった

チェックイン時間を事前に伝えたにもかからず、その時間にフロントに誰も居なかった。ベルを押しても誰も出てこず、10分近く待たされて一人スタッフが現れ「アメニティーを届けていまして。。」とのひとこと。全く悪びれることもなく謝罪の言葉もなく、ニヤニヤ笑うだけだった。接客サービスとして最低の対応。滞在そのものが最低なものになった。

今回で三回目の利用です。朝食が、美味しい。特にクロワッサンが、気に入ってます。大浴場もありコ・ス・パよし。一点残念なのは、施設が古いこともありますが、トイレの便座が小さいのが残念です。

１日が予定通りに終える事が出来た。

初めてこちらのホテルを利用した。上野原駅からバスで8分位乗車して、日大明誠高校前?(入口?)バス停で下車して歩いて2〜4分で到着出来る。アクセスはバスの出発時間にもよるが、まあまあ。他のビジネスホテルと変わらず、いつもと同じに宿泊出来た。大風呂があったが、夜遅くの到着だったので、風呂は部屋のユニットバスで済ませた。静かに夜を過ごす事ができた。利用しなかったが、洗濯機と乾燥機が一階ロビー奥のラウンジに３台だったか、あった。狭くなく、自販機が有り、丸机、椅子もあって、洗濯終了までゆったり出来るスペースだった。朝食が06：45(5分前に開場)からなので、あと少しだけ早く食べ始める事が出来たら良かったけれども、バイキング形式で、ササっと皿に取り乗せて、口に頬張った。朝食を食べる一階レストランが道に面しているので、ピックアップをお願いした車を確認できた。車が時間前に到着したので、少し焦ったが、06：45分には予定通り出発した。当日の工程が予定通りに終える事が出来た。泊まれて良かった。
