No hot water. No parking. No breakfast.

Front desk staff were friendly and room was sufficient and clean but would not stay again. Ran out of parking at hotel and had to park off site. No hot water for more than 24 hours. Forgot to bring breakfast. Room was 28 degrees Celsius despite AC.
