Das Haus am Balsberg ist ruhig gelegen und trotzdem fußläufig zum Zentrum (5min). Es liegt eingerahmt zwischen dem Balsberg, der hinter dem Haus beginnt, und dem Hochgern. Unsere Ferienwohnungen bieten ausreichend Platz für Familien und verfügen alle über einen Balkon mit Sitzmöglichkeiten und toller Aussicht. Die Wohnungen haben neben einem Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett ein weiteres Schlafzimmer mit einem Einzelbett mit Ausziehmöglichkeit, sodass zwei Personen bequem in getrennten Betten übernachten können. Wlan ist im gesamten Haus verfügbar.
Unser Dachstudio für 2 bietet ein gemütliches Flair. Die großzügig geschnittene Wohnung überzeugt durch eine schöne Architektur und tolle Aussicht. Die verglaste Front zum Balsberg hin bietet einen ungestörten Blick auf das dortige Treiben der Paraglider und Segelflieger. Auf dem geräumigen Balkon fängt man nicht nur die Mittagssonne ein, sondern kann auch den Sonnenuntergang zwischen den Bergen in vollen Zügen ungestört genießen. Neben einem Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett verfügt die Wohnung über eine komfortable Schlafcouch für weitere zwei Personen.
