Die Wohnung ist ein wenig lieblos, aber zweckmäßig eingerichtet und ist sehr gut gelegen - relativ nahe an einer U-Bahn-Linie, die direkt zum Flughafen fährt und auch in der Nähe einiger netter Restaurants in Amistad.Die Kommunikation mit der Vermietungsagentur war sehr gut. Wir mussten allerdings eine Kaution von 100 Euro überweisen um die Zugangsdaten für die Wohnung zu bekommen. Die Kaution haben wir am Ende nur teilweise zurückbekommen, da die Agentur behauptet hat, dass wir einen Schaden an der Dusche verursacht haben.Die Wohnung ist nur für 4 Erwachsene geeignet. Das Schlafsofa ist viel zu klein für einen Erwachsenen (Länge ca. 150 cm!). Es steht außerdem im vorderen Bereich der Wohnung, der direkt an der Straße im EG liegt. Dadurch eignet sich das Schlafsofa auch nur bedingt für Kinder.
