Presenting 'Our Encanto'- 25 min to downtown Tampa, 45 min to beaches or Disney! Renovations just completed for this double master set up. Family room has golf course views with desk area and multiple seating. Open game room with foosball & lounge area. Private den with pull out couch. Large screened lanai surrounded by tropical plants plus an inviting front porch to watch for birds and butterflies. Be on I-4 or I-75 within 10 minutes. Eateries, shopping nearby. Welcome!

SLEEPING: master bed 1 has a king and an en suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is oversized with a king bed. Bedroom 3 has a twin bed & vanity area, Bedroom 4 has a pull out couch. EATING: The kitchen is fully furnished with snack bar, large dining room with table for 6 or 8 if you pull up the spare chairs, patio table in back with gas grill. PLAYING: Game room offers board game table, foosball, reading corner. Family room offers plenty of seating, puzzle table. WiFi and Streaming is available. Outside your are welcome to load the feeders and birdwatch (seed provided) or visit our fairy garden. Be Careful of wayward golf balls! This golf course is private- the views are gorgeous. WORKING: Dedicated work space in the family room. Full size laundry room and mud sink.

What a lovely home and a pleasant surprise. I enjoyed the privacy the home brought being tucked back and nestled into the golf course. The living room had a very relaxing and calming feel. And the lanai was a great place to eat breakfast and enjoy our iced coffee. Our kids enjoyed the fooseball table and even learned to play chess during our stay. The extra touch of games brings a fun element when traveling with kids. We had plenty of room as a family of six. It is always a good sign when you stay in a home and can easily see yourself living there. Would love to stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay overall.The inside of the house looks exactly like the pictures. Cozy with cool decor and fun additions like a foosball table, chess and board games. The water gets nice and hot and the house is nicely air conditioned. The neighborhood feels safe and quiet. Its fairly local to shopping, Busch Gardens, Beaches, Riverwalk, Aquariums, Food and much more. Its odd, there's only 1 TV in the entire house with 4 bedrooms. Me, my hubby and the girls had to take turns choosing what to watch when we were at the house. Unsure if they offer military discount. I messaged the owner about a week prior to booking but they never replied. As a matter of fact, I finally had to message the owner again the day before the trip because I hadn't received any communication with details about my stay (Like how to get in, wifi details and checkout requirements. On day 3 of our stay, we finally found a board with the wifi information in a corner in the laundry room. I think that a welcome email of some sort would be a better experience.) Overall, this was a good experience and I would definitely stay with this host again.

This is a beautiful home, in quiet neighborhood right on the golf course, the beds are very comfortable, kitchen has everything you need to cook , bathrooms are very nice , plenty of space here to move around , close to stores and restaurants, and Trish is great to work with and fast to respond to any questions you may have , WE very much enjoyed our stay at this lovely home

Beddings are soft, Sheets are clean, pillows are comfortable, I love this place and space. I would give a 5 stars for everything if the kitchen utensils are up to date. Owner is very responsive and sweet, I would love to stay here again.

Comfortable place to stay while visiting our son about 15 minutes away in Fish Hawk

It was very clean. The area was quiet and really peaceful with a lovely view of the golf course. The bed and linens were comfortable. The location was perfect for us to travel back and forth to our son's house and proximity to groceries, bank, etc was great. The layout and decorations in the home were really charming. A couple of small things were missing such as tissues and a wine opener. Some of the rugs in the rooms and bathrooms were what I would call a little "tired"-replacing some of those things would make the place feel fresher I think. The internet network had changed. That information was written on a chalk board in the laundry room along with multiple other notes that were all very hard to read. I feel it should have been on the desk or corrected in the information book. We would stay there again because of the location.

Great house in a good location

Great property in a nice neighborhood with nature and space for kids to explore outside. Only about 20 minutes away from Tampa. We enjoyed our stay and would book again.

We love EnCanto!

EnCanto is a charming, lovely, and peaceful home that our family just LOVED. The owners were so incredibly kind & easy to work with. The house is even more beautiful in person. The beds are so comfortable with the softest sheets. And they had a pack and play for our little guy with a comfy mattress topper for him. If you’re in the Tampa area I would highly suggest this property. I know you will love it, too!
