Staff were all prompt and polite and efficient when requesting a few fixes in residence room. Sirens all night long were a little annoying but being next to St. Pauls hospital it is to be expected.

Don’t come for the pool.

Location was great! Staff were very friendly. The issues amount to management being cheap. Many of the families with children in the hotel stayed because of the pool. The hot tub water was murky brown and the jets weren’t working. The pool was frigid. There wasn’t adequate seating or towels. In our suite the shower handle was broken and we couldn’t switch to the hand held shower. The blanket for the sofa mattress had a number of holes in it from wear and tear. Even though the hotel boasts of soundproof walls, we heard sirens throughout the night during our stay. Not worth the price.

Great location, staff are great! Rooms spacious and just what we needed for our trip with our 1 year old. Would recommend to anyone travelling to downtown Vancouver. Parking was a little expensive at 55$ per night but is to be expected in a prime location such as this

We stayed in a two bedroom suite, lots of room for our family w/2 teenagers. Beautiful restaurants across the street and close by. Awesome wine shop attached. Boulevard restaurant was top notch. The suite could use a bit of a refresh, but very clean and comfortable.
