Incredible location - easy access to downtown Vancouver for business and perfect place for 'out of work hours'. The pool, hot tub, saunas and gym provide an extra level of personal care to every work trip. The rooms are comfortable and the views and increadible!

My daughter and myself came from Toronto for a national sport tournament in Vancouver and arrived Thursday night. Friday morning, my daughter, as an athlete who's training 6 days a week 20 hours workout, had to follow her regular training schedule. Due to heavy heavy rains we had to train indoor. Firstly my daughter went alone, and a few minutes later she came to ask me to come with her, reason was she was told "a kid had to come with adults to the gym". No problem I went with her to the gym. Then we were about to start training in the treadmill, right away, a lady approached to us, saying "you cannot use the treadmill since you're under 14". My daughter was born in 2011, she's honest and she had told the lady she's not 14 at this moment, but will be later this year. Even though we had explained our situation, as an athlete for an important sports competition, we would need to get used to local climate, altitude, humidity etc. Therefore, in all the tournaments that we went for, we had always followed regular training plans, ie: running locally. The lady said, "if there are no other people in the gym, then you can run". This was completely ridiculous! I just didn't know in which regulation saying that, giving the fact that we're not making any big noise nor using the equipment improperly. nor disturb other ppl If your gym cannot provide training for professionals, please say in the hotel description. Don't try to fool around customers. Thank you, Adam from Toronto
