The staff was unhelpful, parking was incredibly difficult and inconvenient. The parking garage was dirty, no elevator and not enough space in the stalls to either open the door or get your luggage around the vehicle. Horrible experience and I wouldn’t recommend and I definitely won’t return.

Location in North Vancouver was wonderful! Service was good, room and common areas were clean. Restaurant on site was a plus. View from our room balcony over the harbor was spectacular and the many shops and restaurants at the Pier location just outside the hotel was super convenient and fun. Balcony needed a couple of chairs to sit out and enjoy the view. Hotel was a bit tired and could use a refresh or remodel. Overall, would recommend!

There are three(3) hotels in North Vancouver near the water. I have stayed in all three hotels and by far Pinnacle hotel is the best place to stay in North Vancouver. Upon my arrival my room was ready and the front staff are all professional and extremely polite. A letter of recommendation will be send to the pinnacle hotel’s home office this week.

Made a new reservation to stay another night and front desk did not want to give coupon for Expedia VIP discount on food. Front desk clerk eventually gave it (as a favor) after my insisting it was a new, separate reservation. Beautiful new bathroom equipment (Kohler) but did spend a tiny bit extra to have secondary hand-held showerhead. This is important to properly clean and rinse all soap.
