Overall really nice, nicely made for the age of the building. Rooms are not very well isolated from noise, you can hear the heating and other showering etc., did not bother us that much.

Centralised in Lenzerheide. Toilet/bathroom was very small. No service attendance at the front desk after 5pm on Sundays

Hallo Urs, danke für deine Rückmeldung. Wir haben keine Fernseher im Zimmer, das ist so, daher kommunizieren wir dies auf allen Kanälen. Unsere Heizung stellt sich um 15 Uhr wieder ein, vielleicht durfest du früher einchecken und daher war das Zimmer etwas frisch. Wir sind immer froh, um direktes Feedback vor Ort, wenn etwas fehlt wie die Gipfeli (da waren einige wohl hungrig am Sonntagmorgen) oder wenn es einem zu frisch ist im Zimmer. Melde dich doch das nächste Mal direkt an der Reception, im Nachhinein können wir daran leider nicht mehr viel ändern. Grüsse aus dem Kurhaus Anne-Sophie

Von aussen ist das Hotel alt und unscheinbar, innen jedoch besticht es durch die hohen Räume,die stilvolle Einrichtung und viel Charme. Ein gemütliches Ambiente für junge und junggebliebene Gäste. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Aufpreis von CHF 25.- auf den Zimmerpreis wenn man eine Reinigung wünscht. Eigentlich müsste der DZ-Preis ohne gewünschte Reinigung um CHF 25.- günstiger sein. Störend ist auch dass der Preis für ein DZ ansteigt je länger man bleibt. Positiv ist das junge, sehr motivierte und freundliche Personal. Leider sind die Winterwanderwege sehr schlecht prepariert.
