Asunto historiallinen rakennus kokonaan uusittu Venetsian sydämessä rauhallisella alueella, lähellä Piazzale Roma (linja-autoasemalle).
Valoisa asunto campiello katsella ja hyvin Veneziano
pohjakerroksessa, riippumaton, mukavuutta, on oma sisäänkäynti.
Asunto on hyvin ilmastoitu; Se koostuu täysin varustettu keittiö, jossa liesi, mikroaaltouuni, jääkaappi, vedenkeitin, olohuone vuodesohva ja satelliitti-tv, WiFi.
Makuutila koostuu kahden hengen huone, kahden hengen huone palvelee kylpyhuone suihkulla ja hiustenkuivaajalla.
Asunnossa on 67 neliötä, on varustettu ilmastointi, tuulettimet ja lämmitys, ei korkea vesi ongelmia ja niihin mahtuu 2 jopa 6 henkilöä.

Highly recommended

Our 2-week stay on Calle dei Guardani was very pleasant. The apartment was quiet, clean, well-equipped, well-lighted, and comfortable. Everything was in good working order. Away from the frenzy of the tourist scene but just a short walking distance to supermarkets, vaporetto stops, train/bus/taxi areas, and the excellent language school in Campo Santa Margherita. Owners Lucia & Roberto were very helpful and responsive. We highly recommend this property and would stay there again if we went back to Venice.

Just perfect!!

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment, located in the Dorsoduro area, far from the mobs of tourists. A supermarket and some great osterias only 5min walking distance, in a residential area with an elementary school right in front (a bit noisy when the parents came to pick up their kids at 4pm but it made us feel very local!!). Our two kids aged 5 and 7 loved their room, facing towards the back onto a gorgeous and very quiet garden. Well equipped kitchen, modern bathroom, free wifi, comfy beds, everything very clean and well kept. Roberto picked us up and brought us, then took plenty of time to give us great tips and answer our numerous questions. I can highly recommend this place and we felt very welcomed by Lucia and Roberto!

Bel appartement très bien équipé sur une placette calme avec les chambres côté jardin (encore plus calme) et une bonne literie (indispensable pour récupérer après les longues journées de marche dans Venise). Lucia est très disponibles et répond rapidement et efficacement à la moindre question.

Friends Trip to Venice

This apartment was the best!! It was a ten minute walk from the bus station, in a great location. It was clean, spacious and authentically old! The owner was very responsive to emails, within minutes. I would definitely stay here again.. I'm hoping to come back!!

Perfect place away from the crowds

A bright, sunny place that offers a peaceful and quiet space in what can be a very busy time trying to fit all of what Venice has to offer. The ground floor unit was a convenient and easy walk to most sites. The unit was very clean, welcoming and has recently been remodeled. Lucia and Roberto are gracious hosts and were helpful in identifying their favorite must see sites in Venice. Looking forward to staying with them again on our next visit to Venice.

Appartement très bien situé et propre. Accueil très agréable et nombreux conseils sur les ballades à réaliser pendant notre séjour. La chambre des enfants était très humide probablement dû à l'emplacement au RdC et à la saison.

Ideal place to stay, It was excellent!

This is an absolutely beautiful apartment perfectly located close to the bus station at Piazzale Roma and for evening strolls on the Zattere, and it is just a short 8 minute walk to the supermarket Conad. The street is quiet and the neighbourhood is always peaceful at day and night. Lucia is super helpful and communicated with me constantly in the run up to our trip so I arrived in Venice knowing exactly where to go to find the apartment. Roberto met me and he is amazing and gave me brilliant advice and information about where to find everything my friends and I would need during our trip. He also tells excellent stories about the history of Venice! The apartment is super clean, bright and supplied with everything you could possibly need. The rooms are large with lots more space than any of the other apartments I have stayed in in Venice. The kitchen comes fully equipped and you can make coffee, tea, breakfast, lunch and dinner all in the apartment if you choose. There is a TV with hundreds of channels, excellent Wifi. Towels, kettle, toaster, tea towels, bed linen, handwash and much more that I would never have even thought of were all provided. Also, usefully there is a Pharmacy two minutes walk away. If you're looking for somewhere to stay in Venice I highly recommend this apartment. It was excellent!

A recommandé, Ideal situation

Nous-famille de 3 personnes- sommes arrivés à Venise en voiture et nous nous sommes sentis accompagnés dans ce voyage,dés le debut,grâce aux précieux renseignements transmis par Lucia,entre autres, pour trouver notre parking:c'est celui de autorimessa communale asm qui à retenu notre attention,pratique, nous accédons immédiatement sur la Piazzela Roma ou Roberto,le mari de Lucia, est venu nous accueillir pour nous conduire en moins d'un quart d'heure à notre appartement ,dans le quartier Dorsoduro,situé dans le sud de la ville,quartier très agréable,idéal pour sa longue promenade des Zattere et sa concentration de musées et d'églises:Accademia,fondation Guggenheim,notre dame de la Salute,San Sébastiano .Roberto parle très bien le français ,charmant et communiquant ,il s'est fait un plaisir de commenter de façon très vivante ce parcours avec quelques anecdotes sur Venise qu'il semble très bien connaitre( Venitien d'origine et très ouvert au monde,grand voyageur!) .Il à pris une bonne heure avec nous, pour nous présenter l'appartement,de plein pied, clair, calme, bien aménagé ,situé à seulement 15- 20minutes de la place st Marc,-moins si l'on prend le 2(vaporetto) sur les Zattere)il à répondu à toutes nos questions et nous à donné des astuces et renseignements utiles pour visiter Venise,à l'aide d'une carte,pour nous aider à situer,par exemple les Vaporetti,les lieux pour faire nos courses,les bons plans restos!:cet accueil nous a mis en confiance, grâce à cette présence chaleureuse et sécurisante,nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux:Grazie mile a Lucia et Roberto!nous faisions ce voyage à l'occasion des 80 ans de ma Maman, nous sommes tous revenus ravis!

Bien situé et calme dans le Dorsoduro

En communiquant par internet, nous avons eu beaucoup d'aide de la propriétaire Lucia concernant ce qu'on ne doit pas manquer à Venise et les réservations importantes à faire avant de partir. Nous avons été accueillis par Roberto à la Piazzale Roma à 5 minutes et 4 petits ponts. En découvrant l'endroit nous avons aussitôt été conquis; tout ce qui est décrit dans l'annonce du site est conforme. Avec une carte détaillée de Venise, Roberto nous a renseigné sur: le meilleur endroit où prendre une gondole pour éviter la foule, les chemins et les lignes des vaporettos, passer par les Zattere pour bien voir la mer et les couchers de soleil. Les restos du coin sont très bons, abordables et beaucoup moins fréquentés par les touristes. De cet appartement presque toutes les grandes attractions se font à pied! Autre suggestion de Roberto: prendre un billet de varporetto pour deux journées puisque nous avons pu aller aux îles Murano, Burano et Torcello et ensuite continuer à se promener sur le grand canal pour visiter les quartiers plus éloignés. Et contrairement à beaucoup d'endroits en Italie, le WIFI fonctionne très bien! Nous recommanderions fortement cet endroit à nos amis. Merci Lucia et Roberto! Wunderbarer Aufenthalt

Wir hatten mit unserer 14-jährigen Tochter einen perfekten Aufenthalt in Venedig. Von der ersten Anfrage, über Begrüßung, Einführung war alles sehr angenehm, prompt und unkompliziert. Die Wohnung ist sehr nett gelegen, alles zu Fuß gut erreichbar, das Dorsoduro-Viertel hatten wir ausgiebigst erkundet und genossen die Frühstückszeiten und Sonnenuntergänge am Zattere, das ca. 5 Minuten entfernt ist. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, das Bad neu, modernst und alles perfekt funktionierend. Die Heizungen sehr gut ausreichend. Also, tutto perfetto, gerne wieder.

schöner Aufenthalt in Venedig

Ende Oktober 2014 verbrachten wir mit unseren 3 Enkelkindern eine Woche in der Wohnung von Lucia und Roberto. Zum abgesprochenen Zeitpunkt haben wir uns getroffen und wir fühlten und gleich sehr willkommen. Roberto half beim Gepäck, und ging mit uns den kurzen Weg über 4 Brücken zur Wohnung (ca.10 Min.). Unterwegs erhielten wir die ersten Infos über Kanäle und Gondeln, später noch mehr hilfreiche Tipps. Die Wohnung ist freundlich eingerichtet, sauber und sehr funktional. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet und die Betten total ok. Keine durchgelegenen Matratzen. Alles wurde erklärt, gezeigt und funktionierte. Die ebenerdige Wohnung (ideal also mit munteren Kindern) liegt zentral, aber abseits vom Touristenrummel. Aber die wichtigsten Punkte sind fußläufig gut erreichbar. In ca. 10 Min. sind Bus- und Vaporetto-Bahnhof zu erreichen, der Markusplatz in etwa 15-20 Minuten. Buchung und Abwicklung über fewo-direkt klappten gut, ebenso die Übergabe und die Rückgabe der Schlüssel. Lucia meldete sich schnell auf unsere An- und Nachfragen. Gern empfehlen wir die Wohnung von Lucia und Roberto weiter in Venedig-Dorsoduro, wir haben uns in ihr wohlgefühlt.

Formidable séjour à Venise !!

Ma fille et moi avons passé 5 nuits dans ce charmant et spacieux appartement, impeccable, très bien équipé, très bien éclairé et très bien situé. Grand merci à Roberto et Lucia pour leur accueil chaleureux et leurs très bons conseils pour commencer notre découverte de Venise. Agréable location dans le Dorsoduro

Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Roberto à notre arrivée à Venise qui nous a conduit jusqu'à l'appartement situé à 10 minutes de la gare Santa Lucia. Nous avons séjourné à 5 dans ce logement agréable et très bien situé: à la fois dans un endroit calme avec un supermarché à proximité, le campo Santa Margherita (place très agréable, animée) et les quais qui font face à l'île de la Giudecca sont à également à 10 minutes de l'appartement. Ce coin du Dorsoduro est plaisant car il n'y a pas la foule qu 'il peut y avoir dans certains coins de Venise tout en étant suffisamment proche des principaux lieux touristiques.

"Appartement de type ancien mais a du charme situé dans un quartier très calme mais cependant tout près centre de Venise.Nous avons tout fait à pied Roberto est venu nous attendre à la gare. "Appartement très bien situé dans la Venise historique à 10mn à pied du terminal de bus et de la gare ferroviaire et à 5 mn d'un super marché ;Quartier calme .Roberto est venu très gentille ment nous chercher à 21 h au terminal de bus et nous a conduit à l'appartement .Roberto et Lucia nous ont ensuite très bien conseillé sur les lieux à visiter : vraiment très sympathiques.Appartement très propre et très bonne literie .Un lieu idéal pour découvrir Venise de jour et de nuit .Si nous retournons à Venise nous le réserverons une autre fois"

"Appartamento ideale per il soggiorno di una famiglia di 4 persone. Situato in una zona tranquilla, ben collegata e molto caratteristica. Propietari molto disponibili. Città splendida. Insomma non si riesce a trovare alcun difetto."

"Petit appartement simple mais avec tout le confort, au rez de chaussée, dans un quartier très calme de VENISE, proche de la place des bus, d''un supermarché et des "vaporettos". Accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires, avec des conseils de ROBERTO très intéressants sur les visites à faire. Adresse à retenir! "
