Great stay

This was a perfect stay for the night before my early flight. The room was very cute, cozy, and clean. I felt very comfortable staying there as a female solo traveler. I arrived early since I had checked out of another hotel on the island and the room was ready when I arrived so I was able to check in and settle in early, which was incredibly helpful. This place is only a couple minute walk from the bus station.

We stayed here because of the proximity to the airport. We returned the rental car to the airport after dropping off our luggage, then took the water taxi from the airport to Venice for the day. After that we simply took the bus which stops across the street for an easy 25 minute ride in or out of the city for just 1.5 Euro pp. We had an early morning flight (6 am) so we walked over to the airport with our luggage which took just 10-15 minutes. Good value, convenient and the staff was nice.

The room was adequate and clean, but the bed wasn't very comfortable and the bathroom basic, with no hooks for clothes or surfaces on which to place toiletries. The shower was rather feeble. We thought there was a breakfast room, but found it had been closed.

If you are looking for a quiet getaway from the active bustle of Venice then this place will meet your requirements. We stayed here for the ease of being able to walk to the airport for our flight home but the place was lovely and easily accessible.

The staff was friendly and the room comfortable. The wifi in my room (203) was slow to nonexistent. This is a fail. I was having trouble with one of my flights being cancelled and needing reliable internet access. Had I known that I would have to sit in the lobby just to have internet, I would have booked another hotel. They said they were full and unable to switch me to a room with proper internet access.

Great place near airport!

If you want a place close to the airport in Venice whether just getting to Venice or getting ready to fly out, it is perfect. They picked us up at airport and also gave us a recommendation for a restaurant nearby. Very comfortable!

They were fantastic at communication, and convenience of picking us up from the airport shortly after landing (the airport was also not super busy at the time). There was a great restaurant right across we visited for dinner, and a bakery down the road early in the morning before we set off for the rest of our Venice trip. Would stay again, beautiful garden space and awesome windows in the room.

Great spot if you need to be close to the airport. We were able to get the shuttle to pack us up when we arrived in Venice and walked back to the airport the next morning to catch our flight out.
