A comfortable apartment in the center of Venice, perfect for couples and families who want to experience the city up close without sacrificing tranquility. Located in a quiet but central side street, the accommodation is just a few minutes from the Rialto vaporetto stop, the supermarket, the pharmacy and one of the best ice cream shops in the city.

The apartment:
The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. It offers:
• a welcoming and bright double bedroom, perfect for resting after a day of exploration;
• a living room with a comfortable sofa bed, TV and dining table, equipped with air conditioning;
• a kitchen equipped with oven, fridge, dishwasher, dishes and pots;
• a bathroom complete with tub and washing machine;
• a small private terrace overlooking the Venetian rooftops, ideal for an outdoor breakfast or a moment of relaxation.
The environment is well-kept and functional, with silent air conditioning that cools all the rooms during the summer and an efficient heating system for the winter.

The location:
The area is perfect for discovering the city on foot: in 5 minutes you can reach the Rialto Market, in 10 minutes Piazza San Marco. Everything is within reach, from historical monuments to local activities, in a strategic position in the authentic heart of the city.

House rules:
Guests are invited to behave respectfully towards the environment.

For safety reasons, we kindly ask you to close all windows before leaving the house, and not to leave the front door open.

Smoking in the house is not allowed.
Pets are not allowed.

Guests are invited to leave the apartment tidy and without damage.

Check in time is from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM
Check out time is by 10:00 AM
In case of no notice, after 6:00 PM the reservation will be considered NO SHOW, in case of a delay previously notified, a late check in will be considered based on our availability.

During check-in, guests will be asked to pay the tourist tax, equal to € 3.00 per person per night.
A regular receipt will be issued.

The possibility of late check-in will be evaluated based on requests, if positive, from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm, guests will be asked for the sum of € 30.00, after 10:00 pm, € 50.00 will be requested
