Upon arriving, we didn’t have any heat or hot water for the length of our stay. There was minimal assistance and communication with the staff regarding this issue. Would only communicate with us via email after multiple communications asking for a phone call. We attempted to call the WhatsApp number, as stated and it wouldn’t accept our calls My husband was then able to make contact via messenger and finally received a call and then was on the phone or phone calls for approx an hour in order to manually reset the hot water heater. However by morning it had malfunctioned again. I again contacted the customer service via email to which I was told that they would send someone out that morning. When we arrived home later that day, the water and heat were still off and the hot water heater was now flashing a new alert and wouldn’t reset for us to shower etc.We spent 3 nights without any heat and no hot water to shower. WiFi wouldn’t connect and if/when it did it was shotty at best. Beautiful apartment, horribly communication and concern from the management company.
