The house was clean, but there were a few things that made our stay difficult. The only give you one towel per person. The towels are old and thin. No functioning water or ice machine in fridge so we had to go out and get bottled water. There is an apartment attached to this house that was not evident on the site. They did not put the top sheets on the beds. They make you take off all sheets before you check out. Also it was loud outside, very thin windows.

Very nice property. Everything was clean and well laid out. There is another unit in the garage, so if it bothers you to have someone else staying in the same property, then look elsewhere. It was not a problem for us.

Great stay close to all the shops and stores you may need. Not sure why review asks about the ocean view as this property is located inland? None the less this worked out great for our family. We even managed to cook our Thanksgiving dinner in the kitchen with all the pots and pans provided. We really appreciated how close it was to everything and the email updates from management throughout our stay sharing local favorite spots. Would stay again.

Just as advertised. Extremely clean and well equipped. Location close to the beaches that we required. Nice to have room to move around instead of a small hotel room. Would definitely book again if we return to Venice. Thanks for a great 2 weeks.

Great house at fantastic price

Loved everything about this house except for a couple of items: I recommended to the owner to put soap, shampoo, paper towels, etc in the house for the guests. Also, the instructions said to use the back door to get in, so after several phone calls we got it all straightened out (use the code for the front door) and we got in.The house is very clean and nice. Price was excellent. Location was great. It takes about 8 minutes or so to drive to the beach, but it was no big deal and parking was available, so we enjoyed our stay immensely.
