The Space:

Step inside after a day along the coast and feel the shift into calm - neutral tones, soft textures, and an easy, lived-in ambiance set the tone for your stay. Mornings begin slowly with coffee in the open living space, while evenings wind down outdoors, where the fire pit and backyard invite you to relax under the Florida sky. The rhythm here is simple, comfortable, and entirely your own.



Sleeping arrangements

The home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests across three thoughtfully arranged bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a king bed and its own ensuite bathroom, offering a quiet place to recharge. A second bedroom includes two queen beds, while the third bedroom features a queen bunk bed, making it a flexible option for groups or families traveling together. An additional full bathroom is located in the hallway.

The open living room is designed for gathering, with comfortable seating and boho inspired decor that creates a relaxed, welcoming feel. The connected dining area keeps everyone close, whether you're sharing meals or planning the day ahead. High speed + free Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace make it easy to stay connected if needed.



Kitchen & dining

The large full kitchen provides everything you need to prepare meals at home, with stainless steel appliances and a layout that keeps cooking and conversation flowing together. Whether you're starting your day with coffee or preparing dinner after the beach, the space is set up for ease and convenience.



Outdoor living

Step outside to enjoy the patio or backyard, where there’s space to unwind, gather, or enjoy a casual meal. The fire pit creates a cozy setting in the evenings, while outdoor furniture and a BBQ grill make it easy to spend time outside. Beach essentials are also available, making your trips to the shore simple and comfortable.



Amenities

Throughout the home, you’ll find thoughtful features to support a smooth stay, including air conditioning, heating, TV, Wifi, and a dedicated workspace. Bathroom essentials are provided, and the home is equipped with safety features such as a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit. The property is a single level home with no stairs and includes free parking on premises as well as free street parking. The home is also pet-friendly and allows long term stays.



Location

Set in a quiet and friendly neighborhood, the home offers a peaceful base while still being close to everything. You’re just a short drive from McKee Botanical Gardens, Downtown Vero Beach, and the area’s Atlantic white sand beaches. The setting is relaxed and residential, with a private entrance and space to come and go with ease.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home.



The Neighborhood:

Roughly a 13-min drive to the beach - 7-min to McKee Botanical Gardens - 8-min to Downtown Vero Beach



Located in a quiet and friendly neighborhood where everyone tends to keep to themselves. There is an older pup next door that you'll hear bark to say 'hello' from time to time. You'll have the driveway to park, which will accommodate up to (2) vehicles.



Getting Around:

Having a vehicle is the best way to get around. Up to (2) cars may park in the driveway.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.



We value safety and that's why we would like to mention that even though there is a pool in the exterior of the property it isn't safe to swim on it due to recent renovation hence the pool area is completely OFF LIMITS
