PERFECT LOCATION TO IT ALL! This property is about 2 blocks from the beach in a quiet residential area. You can walk to the vibrant downtown or the popular beaches. This property also has a large family room with an open floor plan. The bedrooms are split with the master on East side and the 2 quest bedrooms on the West side of the house. The dining table seats 8-10 people for meals or playing cards etc.. There are also two seperate living rooms with large comfy couches and separate TV's. There is a full updated kitchen which includes a regular coffee maker and a keurig coffee maker along with a toaster, microwave, gas grill etc. Super clean with lots of room!
During your stay at this holiday home, you'll be within walking distance of Indian River Shores Beach. Enjoy features like laundry facilities. The holiday home offers a kitchen and 2.5 bathrooms.

Vero Beach has always been our little escape. Love the fact that everything is in walking distance... beautiful ocean, shops & restaurants snd kots of family fun! Thank you for sharing your home with us, we'll be back!!

Wonderful home so close to the beach!
