Sleeping arrangements

The home comfortably sleeps eight across three spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king bed, offering a restful retreat after a day of adventure. Two additional bedrooms each hold a queen bed, providing cozy, private spaces for family or friends. Two full bathrooms serve the group – an ensuite off the master bedroom and a hallway bathroom shared by the other rooms.



Outdoor living

A private pool sits at the heart of the fenced backyard, ready for a refreshing dip or leisurely lounging. The fully screened‑in patio surrounds the pool with comfortable lounge seating, ideal for morning coffee or sunset conversations. A charcoal BBQ grill makes it easy to prepare meals for the whole group while enjoying the Florida air.



Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless‑steel appliances – refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, and dishwasher – plus a Keurig coffee machine for quick brews. An open‑concept dining area offers ample room for shared meals, whether you’re cooking a simple snack or a full dinner.



Indoor comfort

The open living room provides generous seating for everyone to gather, watch a favorite show on the Smart TV, or stay connected with high‑speed Wi‑Fi. Throughout the home you’ll find air‑conditioning, a washer and dryer, and room‑darkening shades to ensure a restful night’s sleep. Free parking is available for your convenience.



Location & nearby attractions

Just a short drive from South Beach and downtown Vero Beach, the home places you within 5-10 min of the area’s top attractions. A five‑minute trip brings you to McKee Botanical Gardens, perfect for a peaceful stroll among lush landscapes. White‑sand Atlantic beaches are also a quick drive away, inviting you to soak up the sun and surf whenever you wish.

Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home.



The Neighborhood:

Roughly a 13-min drive to the beach - 7-min to McKee Botanical Gardens - 8-min to Downtown Vero Beach



Located in a quiet and friendly neighborhood where everyone tends to keep to themselves. There is an older pup next door that you'll hear bark to say 'hello' from time to time. You'll have the driveway to park, which will accommodate up to (2) vehicles.



Getting Around:

Having a vehicle is the best way to get around. Up to (2) cars may park in the driveway.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.



We value safety and privacy and that's why we would like to mention we have cameras outside for security purposes, none of them pointing to the pool area.
