Like: Good location, quick to all means of local transportation. Really nice windows. Room was clean, fresh towels every day. Didn't like: We had a double room, but only one of the sockets on the bed worked. Also: We went in the summer and wanted to have the windows open at night. Unfortunately our room was right opposite of a bright neon sign, so we either had it cool and bright or dark and suffocatingly hot.

Great location near Rennwag station. Desperately needs a refurb as place looks tired, well my room did anyway. Took a while for check in, quite slow but friendly helpful staff. Why have one staff check you in when other staff are around talking? Breakfast 18 euros so I didn’t bother. Room clean enough just needs an upgrade. Only one liftworking and the corridor outside my room very noisy. I suppose for a cheaper price that I paid it’s comfortable enough for Vienna.

We booked this hotel last minute because we were only staying in Vienna for two nights, and one night at the hotel we booked months in advance, left us wanting for a place that was actually comfortable! This hotel fulfilled our desire for comfort, cleanliness, and safety! The breakfast was outstanding(I can't drink milk because of severe lactose intolerance, but they had lactose-frei milch and kokos milch!), the staff was super helpful, the actual entrance/exit to the hotel was about a 6 minute walk from our train platform to budapest, and

The hotel is located reasonable distance from Vienna’s centre, with good access to trams and train station for airport access. First impressions were positive, upon arrival we were greeted nicely by the staff and the reception area is nicely decorated. Unfortunately, this ended when we reached our room. We paid extra for the superior room. The bathroom did not look like the photos, as featured a very small shower. Although described as sound proofed room, it was clear on our first night it was not the case. As a door connecting to a neighbouring room, although locked, you could hear everything. In addition to this, we were in a room next to the elevators, which you could hear all hours of the day/ night. No extras have been spared, not even a kettle for a cup of tea. Overall, disappointed. We paid reasonable money and felt we have stayed in better accommodation for much less. Cannot comment on food/ drink facilities, but would recommend the Chilia cafe down the road!

Room was very poorly equipped. Only 2 hangars in the wardrobe, shower curtain was falling down, and the fact is still a curtain! Room was extremely dark, wires for the small number of lamps stretched across the room from the wall, and the same for the TV. Lignt above the mirror in the bathroom did not work, and when I asked for it to be fixed i was told it had not worked for anlong time and would not work. Bed was very old and the springs from the mattress could be felt, and were uneven in places. The walls are very thin, and noise from hallways and rooms could be heard easily. As could the lift mechanism, which ran very often. The towels were changed daily, and were clean, but very thin. Rooms do not come with iron and ironing board, which is fine; but when requested I was told I could have an iron, but the hotel does not have an ironing board!
