Great Experience

Nice apartment, staff was very friendly and we managed to check-in early. There was a great car parking which was super helpful, also there were facilities around (Bakery, supermarket, etc..) and the bus station was quite close. Overall a great experience

The room was very nice and just how we hoped. The area was very quiet with a supermarket just up the street, it was a 13 minute walk to the metro and seemed on the outskirts of the city so you had to travel in to the main sites but overall the hotel was great. The only issues faced was the patio had an empty water bottle suggesting it had not been checked/ cleaned. also the air conditioning was good but not great which a information guide explained how it is prebuilt in the walls so the hotel cannot change that however, i think it needs to be advertised that it is not the best

Excellent Hotel

Rioca Vienna Posto 2 is a modern aparthotel in Vienna’s 3rd district with a fun Brazilian vibe. The rooms are spacious, clean, and have kitchenettes with dishwashers and microwaves. The staff is friendly and helpful. It’s close to public transport, making it easy to reach Belvedere Palace (1.2 miles away). It’s great for families, with an indoor play area and wheelchair access. Overall, it’s a cozy, well-located spot for a Vienna stay. Location: The S7 train from the airport drops you at St. Marx. which is a 10 min walk from the hotel. All main attractions are a short train ride away. Check In: Very efficient. Reception Staff: Very good and friendly. We were a bit early but she gave us the key to our room since it was ready. Room: Very spacious and a good Brazilian vibe. Kitchen: Had all the implements needed to make breakfast (fried eggs, boil milk etc) everyday. Television: Smart TV. So could access my youtube channel for some entertainment.

Well equipped and clean facility, the room was also beautifully decorated, the couch and desk on the side was perfect for other guests to visit and do some work. Lovely Rio theme and good vibes across the whole hotel!

Decent place no A/C

Not terrible. No air conditioning. Breakfast is 19 euros per day but there’s a cafe located next door. Clean rooms. Updated tv with Netflix login. Beds not comfortable though.

Overall mixed opinion. Great location, lovely staff and comfortable bed, room blinds, bathroom. However the room temperature in the heat is untenable and impossible to sleep comfortably, I accept there is nothing that can be done, but that would put me off staying in future. I have concerns about the number of people using just two elevators, not only for how long it takes to use them, but also the transmission of viruses and how regularly those lifts and other reception area touch points are cleaned. On my penultimate day I became sick with a flu virus, and noticed a number of guests and a member of staff displaying similar symptoms. There was also a lot of dust in our room, cleanliness could definitely be improved.

Overall, I had a very enjoyable week long stay. The check in was very quick and the reception staff were very informative. The room was excellent and great to have the convenience of trhe small kitchen. There were a couple of hiccups, with some items not replaced on cleaning days and the TV being very erratic. The transport links were affected by ongoing roadworks but in effect it was no more than 10 minutes walk to any of the tram, bus, rail or metro. All in all, I would recommend this hotel as a good mid-priced, well located option.
