New complex of 5 Apartments for rent in Vinci, Tuscany.
The property was recent renovated using eco-sustainable materials and aimed at greater energy efficiency (thermal and photovoltaic panels). Each Apartment has a floor-mounted cooling system (this is not air conditioning) which in summer can bring the indoor temperature down to 25 degrees celsius.
Outside, the complex is surrounded by a panoramic garden that houses a beautiful swimming pool and gazebos equipped to relax and refresh on hot summer days. The owners live in a section of the property and occasionally use the pool.
Each Apartment offers in the garden a private and equipped outdoor area (a gazebo for each unit).
