PRIVATE STRUCTURE (only lease) Villa Monnalisa is located in the immediate vicinity of the medieval borgo of Vinci, with its characteristic historic centre and museum dedicated to Leonardo da Vinci. Near the villa is the birthplace of Leonardo da Vinci, which you can visit on foot along fully-equipped paths.This elegant two-storey stone villa, in the classic finish of hunting lodges, is set on a gentle Tuscan hill, completely surrounded by an estate of olive groves.The property has been recently restored with attention and elegance, with the owners chosing traditional Tuscan materials such as stone, terracotta, travertine and wood for the restyling. The attention to detail and the skilful work of the local artisans have rendered the property unique in its kind, perfect for spending unforgettable holidays. The villa is also equipped with a high-efficiency air conditioning system in all the rooms and total WI-FI coverage, all aimed at ensuring greater comfort for its guests. The furnishings inside the villa will provide unique emotions, with warm colours and with a design planned solely for your comfort. The large, bright kitchen has a fully-equipped central island, designed exclusively to give guests moments of pleasure in the persuit of Tuscan culinary tradition. From this part of the villa you can go out to the outdoor dining and living area, immersed in the olive grove that surrounds the property, and then continue on to the panoramic swimming pool with its view of the castle.About 30 minutes away from this luxurious location are the famous spas of Montecatini and Monsummano; it will also be possible to visit the medieval borghi of the area such as San Miniato, Certaldo and San Gimignano. The strategic position of the villa is also within reach of the main Tuscan art cities such as Florence, Pisa and Lucca as well as the Tyrrhenian coast with its golden beaches. The property is ideal for golf enthusiasts as just a few kilometres away is the splendid 9-hole course of the Bellosguardo Golf Club of Vinci as well as the nearby Montelupo Golf Club and the Fontevivo Golf Club of San Miniato. Just a few kilometres further away you can play at the championship course of the Pavoniere di Prato, try your hand at the 27 holes of the Castelfalfi resort or the 18 holes of the Montecatini Golf Club.
Interior:
The villa is spread over two floors, with a total surface area of 400 sqm. It offers multiple access points to the fully equipped outdoor areas and to the swimming pool. GROUND FLOOR – All the rooms on the ground floor are directly connected to one another. From the entrance, on the right: dining room connected to a spacious kitchen, guest bathroom, pantry/laundry room, and a staircase leading to the east wing of the first floor. On the left: large living room with TV and ornamental fireplace, one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and the main staircase leading to the west wing of the first floor. FIRST FLOOR – The first floor is divided into two separate zones that are not directly connected but can be accessed through two adjoining bedrooms with double doors. West wing (accessible via the main staircase): small sitting area and three double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms with shower. East wing (accessible via the secondary staircase): two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms with shower.

THE PARK
The garden of the villa is set within a large agricultural estate with olive trees and vineyards. The garden is characterised by set-up outdoor areas surrounded by borders of aromatic herbs and colourful flowers, all protected by expanses of centuries-old olive trees. With access from the kitchen and the dining room is a stone-paved external zone with the outdoor dining area and living area embellished by comfortable sofas and armchairs; from here a stone-paved path leads to the swimming pool and solarium area. In front of the entrance is a large parking area and a gazebo covered by fragrant jasmine.

THE SWIMMING POOL
Open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October, the swimming pool, set on the crest of the hill, is only 20 metres from the villa in a panoramic position overlooking the borgo of Vinci. The rectangular-shaped pool, measuring 5 x 16 m with a depth of 1.40 m,is lined in sand-coloured PVC. It has Roman steps and interior lighting, as well as an automatic pool cleaning and salt purification system. The paved panoramic solarium is equipped with sunbeds and deckchairs shaded by a sail and there is an outdoor shower.

Pets: yes small size. Acceptance of animals to the facility must be previously authorised by the owner upon communication of the number of animals, size and breed.
