Everyone was great at Surestay. The staff was great. They took very good care of us. Every day. Everyone made sure we had everything we needed. The room was very clean. Continental breakfast was great also. I truly enjoyed our stay there.

I stay in this hotel twice a year and enjoy every moment of my stay there. Very clean, close to the beach, lots of shopping and dining options. But the most amazing is the staff who are always there to help with your requests. I only mentioned in my check in review that I missed the coffee maker in my room and five minutes later the hostess was at my door with the coffee maker. Thanks to the people who run this place.

Across the street from the beach. Plenty kf places to shoo and eat. Next to the trolley stop. Front desk lady was the best. Very friendly abd informative. Breakfast was ok. Nothing big. Creal, waffles, yogurt, toast, bagels and fruit. Just something to start your day.

The pool is the size of a backyard fish pond. It is NOT “on the beach” as stated & it does not have an ocean view. It also has a similar name to a nicer hotel down the street. I must say that the desk clerk did try very hard to right things & allow me to stay at their sister hotel (with the view & on the beach) However, I still don’t see a refund on my credit card.

I stay at many hotels in the US because I travel a LOT and I can honestly say that I had the absolute BEST experience at this hotel . SureStay by Best Western Royal Clipper , words can not describe how AMAZING you treat your guests ! I was sad to leave because I was treated like family and Josa at the front desk was wonderful, as well as the Manager he was such a kind hearted respectful man and both of them go above and beyond with everything they do there . The area is so safe and about a 2 minute walk to the beach . The rooms are spacious , very clean and when I first walked into the room it was like a breath of clean fresh air . I'm a person that notices everything, every detail and I have ZERO complaints. I stayed there with my son and we attended the Nas Oceana Air Show so the hotel was completely booked and it was quiet , relaxing and overall just an amazing experience. We also got to see the ocean from our room and the jets including the Blue Angels flew right over the hotel . My son and I thank you so so much for the amazing experience and we will definitely be back next year for the Air Show to stay longer than 4 nights, we may even be back sooner . Top of the line service , amazing staff that treats you like family, safe , fresh and clean , short walk to the beach, great price , free breakfast , on site parking , the list goes on with the great amenities this hotel has to offer. I highly without a doubt recommend SureStay by Best Western Royal Clipper!

I See You, Sure Stay!! S/O✊♥️

I was so pleased with the time I spent at SureStay. The dryer was broken and the soda machine stole my $1.75. But luckily there's a laundry mat one block away and I had money for door dash. You can tell they were strict but I like that, it's reassuring. And BONUS: The front desk manager is a retired deputy sheriff! So this hotel's got muscle!👊I knew I was safe. I love the vaulted ceilings, yes it was clean and the staff were helpful and accommodating. Breakfast at 7:00am and free coffee all day! It was sweet! I will be back!
