Eine schöne Wohnung, aber mein Mann hat Parkinson und konnte weder vom Bett, noch vom Sofa aufstehen. Da wÀre evtl. ein Sessel mit Lehnen schön. Leider waren die Terrassenmöbel sehr dreckig.

Es gab keine BettwĂ€sche. Mussten wir vor Ort kaufen gehen. Wohnung viel zu kalt. Heizung konnte nicht angeschalten werden. HandtĂŒcher konnten nicht trocknen, WĂ€sche wurde klamm. Stockflecken am Fenster. Kein TiefkĂŒhlfach vorhanden. Nicht ausreichendes Koch und Essbesteck. TĂŒren schliessen nicht richtig, Temperatureinstellung des Wassers in der Dusche war eine Katastrophe. Entweder es war zu kalt oder zu heiß. Schwankte stark.

Die Lage des behindertengerechten Appartements

FĂŒr uns war die Lage perfekt. In unmittelbarer NĂ€he gibt es ein gutes Restaurant und eine BĂ€ckerei.Zum Zentrum ist es auch nicht sehr weit.

Recht gut geeignet fĂŒr Rollstullfahrer

Wir hatten eine gute Zeit in der Wohnung. Sehr unkomplizierter Check- in. Mit zwei RollstĂŒhlen war es okay. Breite TĂŒren, die allerdings teilweise nach innen aufgehen, was - besonders auf der Toilette - fĂŒr Rollstuhlfahrer schwierig ist. Ansonsten eine schöne Wohnung. Dinge wie Toilettenpapier sind allerdings nur sehr reduziert vorhanden. Die Lage ist gut. Mehrere gute barrierefreie GaststĂ€tten in der NĂ€he, auch direkt nebenan (nur kleine Eingangsstufe) mit sehr freundlichem Personal.

Behindertengerechte Wohnung

Dies passt perfekt. Personen mit Gehbehinderung/Rollator und auch Rollstuhl haben gut Platz gehabt und das Badezimmer war perfekt auf die BedĂŒrfnisse ausgelegt. Leider ist das Bett sehr niedrig.

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung in Top Lage

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in Hooksiel und waren auch dieses Mal wieder begeistert. Die Wohnung liegt sehr schön in der NĂ€he des Hallenbades. Es ist alle fußlĂ€ufig zu erreichen. Der BĂ€cker ist schrĂ€g gegenĂŒber, bis zur Atadt sind es nur wenige Gehminuten. Wir waren wirklich sehr zufrieden.

RenovierungsbedĂŒrftige Wohnung in 1a Lage

Die Lage ist 1a. BĂ€cker, Restaurant, Fahrradverleih innerhalb von 100m Fußweg. Man ist in 10-15min zu Fuß im Ort oder beim Edeka. Zum Strand sind es mit dem Auto max. 5min bzw. mit dem Rad 10-15min. Die Terrasse ist hĂŒbsch und lĂ€dt zum Verweilen ein Leider hat die Wohnung einige bauliche MĂ€ngel. Die BadtĂŒr kann man nicht schließen (dauerhaft offen bzw. man muss was von innen dagegen stellen), die Dusche ist bei der WĂ€rmeregulierung der Endgegner, TĂŒrgummis hĂ€ngen von den TĂŒrrahmen, Matratzen sind durchgelegen. Insgesamt kann hier mit etwas Renovierung der 5.Stern in Zukunft dazu kommen.

Alles wie beschrieben-aber


Die Wohnung ist genau so wie beschrieben, aber es gibt viele Kleinigkeiten, die sich dann addieren. Durchgelegene Matratzen, kein Verdunkelungsrollo im Kinderzimmer, ein defektes FernsehgerĂ€t (vielleicht auch nur scartkabel?), Kaffeemaschine ekelig, Duschtemperatur nicht gut einstellbar ( schwankte zwischen Eiskalt und brĂŒhendheiß), KĂŒchenausstattung spĂ€rlich etc. Da wir mit zwei behinderten erwachsenen Söhnen gereist sind, möchten wir an dieser Stelle anfĂŒhren, dass alles durchaus rollstuhlgerecht ausgestattet ist. Aber pflegebedĂŒrftig sollte der Rollstuhlfahrer nicht sein. Transfer vom rolli auf die Toilette sehr schwierig ( und nicht nur wegen dem losen toilettendeckel), duschen wegen der schlechten Einstellung grenzwertig , Pflege auf den vorhandenen Betten eine Katastrophe. Das ist natĂŒrlich nicht dem Vermieter vorzuwerfen. Es soll lediglich ein Hinweis fĂŒr mögliche Interessenten sein

Schönere saubere Wohnung

Haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohlgefĂŒhlt. Super war die Abstellmöglichkeit unserer E-Bikes in dem dafĂŒr vorgesehenen Schuppen und dem eigenen PKW-Stellplatz vor der Wohnung. Von hier aus haben wir viele AusflĂŒge in die Umgebung gemacht. Sehr freundlicher unkomplizierter telefonischer Kontakt mit den Vermietern. Gerne wieder...

Wir sind zu dritt als Familie angereist, das Objekt war super zu finden. Mit Rollator hatten wir genug Platz. Die paar Tage waren sehr erholsam. Als kleine Anmerkung, eine Tischlampe fĂŒrs Schlafzimmer wĂ€re schön 😉

Falsche Beschreibung, kein Internet

Die Wohnung an sich ist gut. Grosses Wohnzimmer, ausreichende Ausstattung und eine schöne Terrasse. Umso Ă€rgerlicher, dass die Beschreibung nicht stimmt. Waschmaschine und Trockner gibt es nicht, brauchte ich aber auch nicht. Allerdings hĂ€tte ich ohne WLAN nicht gemietet und bin prompt reingefallen. Das ist 2018 schon bemĂ€ngelt worden und genau wie damals kam der Hinweis mit dem kostenfreien WLAN in der Touristeninfo. GrundsĂ€tzlich gibt es einen Gastzugang und die anderen Mieter haben von Ihren Vermieter das Passwort bekommen. Vll. soll hier Geld gespart werden. Muss also aus den Ausstattungsmerkmalen raus. Es ist fĂŒr die 65 Euro Reinigungspauschale nicht sauber. Überall WollmĂ€use und unter dem Doppelbett tatsĂ€chlich UnterwĂ€sche vom VorgĂ€nger.
