Good but smelled cigarette smoke overnight

Great checkin and breakfast was good. Employees friendly and welcoming. Rated 4 stars due to smelling cigarette smoke before we went to bed. We confirmed with the front desk in the morning if the hotel was in fact smoke free and they said yes. We let them know what we smelled. They mentioned they knew what we were talking about as customers have mentioned it previously. They said it was probably coming through the vents and they haven't been able to prove it but with us saying something might have been what they needed as to who it was coming from...Also, we heard many doors slamming over night. We would stay again in the future but request 2nd or 3rd floor.

This is one of the nicest, friendliest and most helpful staff I've ever seen at a hotel. From Rich on the overnight who went above and beyond to help me get checked in at 3am after a long day of delayed flights to Amber at the front desk to the cheerful maid staff and Daisy's delightful breakfast every morning I felt more like I was staying at a friend's house than a hotel. I highly recommend staying with the Sleep Inn family in Webb City if your travels find you there. You won't regret it! They also have a game room with all the arcade classics like Pac Man and Mario Bros on an NES style system on big screen TVs so you can party like it's 1989.

Wonderful stay
