This hotel is in an excellent location. Shops and restaurants are literally within walking distance, and the hotel itself was nice and clean. Not to mention, the staff were wonderful. The only issue we had were the prices of the restaurant in the hotel. Otherwise, this is a great place to stay, and we would highly recommend it.

There are many wonderful places to stay in Melbourne both hotel and Arbnb. As a beach lover I always prefer to be the near the water and if I could move the Courtyard by Marriott to the beach I would. So it is saying alot when I chose to stay here and drive the 10 mins to the beach. Everyone is always nice, place is clean, food is great, and the team takes pride in getting to know their guest personally. Also it is one of the only hotels that has a balcony!!! Love it here!

Always a pleasure to stay. Other than moving the Courtyard to the beach there isnt ONE complaint I have. Everyone is kind and helpful which is needed during this difficult time in my life; Caretaker for my parents. I feel safe always,,taken care of, can have a good laugh, good food and the few times an issue has come up it was handled immediately.. Balcony room is my hidden stress relief and guilty pleasure..Definitely separates your establishment out

Upon arrival, the check in was super easy. Staff explained where the best place to park, and she- (her name starts with a D- so sorry! )even gave me a "rockin" suggestion for a late dinner..I even went back for brunch..not even a mile away! Hemmingway's! Room was clean, sheets spotless. Quiet. and a few doors to come and go. Bistro was a great addition for a quick coffee and bagel.
