Both mattresses needed to be replaced; sagging in the middle. The pillows also need to be replaced. There is only one wastepaper basket in a large room, which had a desk, wet bar and bathroom. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly.

Room was generally quiet and somewhat comfortable. It was clean on arrival, but not on departure. I did not see housekeeping my entire 4 day stay. The bath amenities ran out (bath gel), fortunately, they provided bar soap. I had to procure additional bath cloths, which were cheerfully provided. I did not understand the undersized bed linens. I had to remake the bed, but could not get the linens to fit properly. The room was really dark and poorly lit. Breakfast was comparable to the Holiday Inn Express and thus utilitarian. The Muzak was rather nice and upscale, Hilton and IHG are doing more frequent housekeeping. Consider upping your game here.

Booked a suite for 5 people. Arrived late at night everything seemed fine. Awoke needed to shower and there were only 3 towels. Called the front desk and asked for more towels. Made multiple trips to front desk to check status on towels. Took over an hour. Thankfully still made our flight.
