Sehr geehrter anonymer Gast, vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung. 4 Sterne haben wir wegen unserer modernen Zimmer mit Safe, unseren verschiedenen Zimmerkategorien Standard/Comfort/Superior, natürlich auch wegen dem Wellnessbereich, Fitnessraum, Frühstück, Restaurant und Sportsbar. Schön ist auch, dass man bei uns Tischkickern kann, Tischtennis spielen und Billard spielen. Unsere Rezeption ist 24 Stunden besetzt. Natürlich müssen die Kollegen auch mal zur Toilette :) Mal machen Sie die Sauna an, die aber nur 20m entfernt ist oder bringen Gästen ein extra Kissen aufs Zimmer. Aber länger als 5 min ist die Rezeption nicht unbesetzt. Gerne können Sie uns mitteilen, was genau chaotisch lief bei der Organisation.
