Ein Glas im Zimmer war schmutzig. Die altehrwürdige Ausstattung im Hotel gefällt mir sehr und der Blick in den Innenhof.

Wir haben eine Suite mit Blick auf Stadt gebucht für 4 Nächte gebucht. Leider aber ein Zimmer auf einen Innenhof erhalten. Die Tücher wurden nicht immer gewechselt, Wasser und Kaffe Kapseln wurde nicht nachgefüllt. Wir mussten immer nachfrage und sogar selber an der Rezeption holen. Das Frühstück war sehr arm, nicht genug Auswahl und jeden Tag genau dasselbe. Dieses Hotel hat keine 4 Sterne verdient. Das Personal war nett.

Nettes und freundliches Personal. Das Hotel ist ok, nur etwas in die Jahre aber schön. Sauna und Dampfbad haben wir genossen. -Balkon war sehr schmutzig und staubig -trotz die verdunkeln Vorhänge wars morgen immer noch hell und das hat mich sehr gestört.

Good location of the hotel, friendly service, neat and quiet room, well renovated old Building. The only negative feedback during our visit was the lack of hotel info. There was no printed information available about hotel services (breakfast time etc) nor info in the room tv hotel info channel.
