We had a fantastic stay! The room was perfect for our large family and had everything we needed. It was an ideal winter break staycation, and the kids absolutely loved the waterslide. We would happily stay here again.

I had to switch rooms three times because of cleanliness concerns. There was hair on the bed sheets and the toilet seat was not cleaned properly. This was especially frustrating as it occurred on Christmas Eve, turning what should have been a relaxing stay into an inconvenient one. Cleanliness standards need improvement.
