This hotel was well maintained and my room was spotless. Very friendly and helpful staff made my stay in sub-zero Winterpeg a pleasant one. Block heater plugins in the parking lot!! (I always travel with a block heater extension in the winter...)

The room was clean and staff friendly. However, the hallways had an odd smell, there was no hot water on my first morning which is terribly inconvenient during a winter stay and the breakfast was decidedly mediocre.

In adequate ventilation when it come to using the jacuzzi tub . Became very humid and there was no exhaust fan and the window doesn't open , air conditioner very noise

Everybody was nice, smooth check in, just had a quick stay for work, close by to venues. the bar across the street is a fun Music spot. The area can be rough at times but I do not worry to much about that stuff, winnipeg has it's pockets.
