Wouldn’t go again

Rooms weren’t ready when we arrived. Fire in hotel, no directions given upon evacuation or when we could enter again. Booked on my return home as it was close to airport and the booking was confirmed via email and charged to my account. Phoned me and told the payment didn’t go thru, but I could book the room again for $60 more as my reservation was cancelled (had to be booked to be cancelled doesn’t it??)

Not Ideal in Winter Storm Conditions

Booked this room (suite) last minute due to a storm. We were only there for about 8 hours. Around 3am there was a loud noise coming from the kitchen vent from the wind outside. After about an hour they moved us into another room where the noise wasn't as bad. Was told we would hear back the manager the next day. Haven't heard back a month later. Was very disappointed

Check in was fantastic; very quick. Mainstay doesnt have a shuttle anymore, but they do taxi vouchers with the local taxi company to get you to and from the airport. The room my dad and I shared was very clean, well supplied and incredibly comfortable. I loved that I felt at home right away. The price was good and the location is a short drive from the airport. There are restaurants close by, and a large Superstore is just a few streets away. Clean, quiet, friendly, efficient and comfortable is a rare combination in a hotel, and MainStay Suites absolutely delivers. I would definitely stay here again.

Our room was comfortable, however, there was mildew/mould on the grout in the bathtub that needed to be addressed. My husband got extremely limited sleep due to the noisy people across the hall that where in and out of their room constantly through out the night until very early in the morning. The hotel staff did move us to another room the second night which was much more quiet as the other guests had checked out. No compensation was offered.
