Just awful. Had to bail after 1 night poop on the chair. Hair in the beds. Stained pillows. But the good thing was they agreed to refund us the rest of our stay so we could change hotels.

Honestly this was a great experience. First, the pool was perfect temp and the entire hotel has live plants everywhere. Live plants! Sets a vibe. In the rooms the tubs have been upgraded and (as a person who shaves legs) noted the two different spots for your foot to rest. Also, as a normal sized woman the towels actually wrapped around me and tucked in. Older building but lovingly upgraded with attention paid to these small things. Service was amazing, friendly, helpful. The restaurant/sports bar - amazing food. No really the burgers... amazing. Location is great if you have a car and plan on leaving for the day. But for families there's a grocery and Dollarama next door.

The room was excellent. We had a poolside room which wasn’t very quiet when you can literally hear all the screaming kids in the pool right outside our door and window. Had a headache when I left from all the screaming outside our room. Other than that great place
