The room was clean, however, We were not able to rest due to the noise in the room above us! No rest at all! They only offer to take 10 dollars off! It should have been discounted more than that! Will not stay at another Holiday Inn Express!!!!

We checked in very late in the early morning, and the check-in attendant was excellent. He made our check in process very smooth and easy. When we got up the next morning for breakfast The attendant helping with cleaning and restocking the breakfast food was amazing. I didn’t catch his name, but he was the nicest gentleman and really made our experience that much better.

None of the outlets in the room could hold a standard phone charger in them (the chargers kept falling out). Additionally, the thermostat battery was removed by the cleaning service and not replaced so the room smelled and was very musty when we got back from our day

Fan in bathroom never shut off this is in room 519. There waa obvious water at some point visible on ceiling and along the wall. Bed was comfortable, room was clean, very quiet.

As a female traveling alone, I felt very safe staying here. I checked in after dark but the outside was well lit and the front was clearly marked. The lady at the front desk saw that I had been at the hospital and told me about a promotion for families staying there with loved ones in the hospital. Very kind! The room itself was clean and well supplied with shower soap, shampoo, lotion, etc. The room was quiet and I had no issues sleeping. The next morning, there was a buffet breakfast with eggs, bacon, biscuits, pastries, cereal, juice, and coffee. The gentleman attending the food was so nice and funny. I would definitely stay here again.

The personnel was great. On my day to leave, I was texted at 8am by the company to have a nice day and leave my 11. Next around 9:30 cleaning service was knocking on my door. They knock until you answer. Needless to say, the text woke me up. So did the knocking. Why? Just why? I wasn’t ready to wake up or to leave. Really bothered me and I definitely will not use them in the future based on their practice of waking me up at 8 am and then further harassment with the cleaning lady.
