Wir waren jetzt zum dritten Mal in dieser Wohnung und sind immer sehr zufrieden. Auch im Winter sehr gemütlich und schnell warm. Die Lage ist für uns optimal, fußläufig sind Bäcker, Fleischer und ein Edeka gut zu erreichen und die Hunde hatten gleich ihre Gassirunde. Achtung an Hundehalter mit Hunden mit Jagdtrieb, Hasen und Rehe sieht man in dem Teil der Insel regelmäßig, auch auf dem "eigenenen " Grundstück. In zehn bis fünfzehn Minuten ist man am Südstrand und in zwanzig bis dreißig Minuten in Wyk auf der Promenade.

Das Haus ist gut gelegen auf großem Grundstück. Es verfügt über eine komfortable Ausstattung, besonders in der Küche. Bad mit großer Dusche sowie mit Waschmaschine und Trockner. Geschützte Terrasse vorhanden. Abschließbarer Fahrradschuppen vorhanden. Im Herbst können Birnen und Äpfel gepflückt werden. Gut geeignet auch für Hundebesitzer.

Wir waren 10 Tage mit unserem Hund in der Wohnung und sind sehr zufrieden. Der große Garten ist ein Traum für Hunde und bietet genügend Platz für einen Grillabend mit Freunden. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, was nicht selbstverständlich ist. Es hat nichts gefehlt. Die Sauna ist klein, aber fein und reicht für 2 Personen nebeneinander sitzend aus (Temperatur an den Füßen ist dann gering). Alleine hat man dort eher Platz, wenn man sich quer setzt. Sehr gemütliches Bett! Die hinter dem Schlafzimmer verlaufende Treppe zur Wohnung oben drüber ist etwas hellhörig. Man bekommt mit, wenn jemand die Treppe benutzt, da die Holzdielen leicht knarzen. Das ist insgesamt aber vernachlässigbar. Wir würden immer wieder kommen!

Sehr schöne ,sehr saubere Wohnung die uns und unseren Hunden viel Freude bereitet hat. Ruhige Nebenstraße mit Anschluss an den Grünstreifen mit dem beliebten Spielplatz Löwenhöhle, kurze Wege zu zwei Bäckern , einem Fleischer und einem kleinen Edeka. Zentral zwischen Südstrand und der Strandpromenade in Wyk gelegen.
