To be taken into account, to book this accommodation, it is recommended to travel by car. The Xeresa del Monte residential is built on a slope, and therefore we remind you that there are many steps and stairs to overcome, although there are lifts to access common areas and swimming pool.
Easy parking on residential streets. Exterior lifts exist to move between a wide communal area and three swimming pools (maximum depth 1.40 m). These with their green landscaped environment, with a waterfall and two jacuzzis, provide relaxation and well-being for the whole family. Available: sunbeds, changing rooms and toilets.
Our apartments are delivered clean and include bed linen and towels (1 bathroom-shower/person, 2 toilet/bathroom). Includes fortnightly bed linen change. We recommend you bring a small kit with cleaning/laundry products/various. Pressure cooker, blender, toaster or hairdryer are not standard. If any of these are essential, don't forget to bring them!
Key collection will be at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE No. 7 PLAYA DE XERACO, from 1:00 pm. There is the possibility of key collection outside office hours, by requesting it in advance and having previously deposited the deposit. Exit and vacation of accommodations will be before 10:00 am. Keys can be deposited inside the accommodation after consultation, or returned to our offices. Upon arrival, you will have two options to deal with possible damages: either leave a deposit of €150 which will be returned after apartment review, or contract an ACCIDENTAL damage exemption (Insurance) for €28 non-refundable.
The beaches of Xeraco and Gandia, 3 km and 8 km respectively, offer lifeguard service in high season, as well as a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream shops, supermarkets, press, pharmacy, and many other services. The water entry slope is gentle, ideal for children and seniors. It is a very family-friendly beach, with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes. In low season, we recommend having vehicle access to move around the region, where there are many cultural and gastronomic visits worth making. There are many routes for hikers, both in the mountains and marshland. In the latter, very popular among ornithologists. The l'Ahuir beach, a stretch of virgin beach without buildings between Xeraco and Gandia beaches, for its environmental and ecological weight, where birds nest and we find native plants, is undoubtedly another experience for the visitor. Let's not forget fishing, practicable on beaches, sea arms and rivers.
