The location of the Adobe Resort cannot be surpassed for its beauty. Our room on the first floor was only about 50 ft from the ocean. The view outside our sliding glass door and large window was incredible! Rock formations in the surf created a never ending display of huge dancing waves. Our room was a spacious 650 sq ft and included a king sized bed plus a wonderfully deep, delightful jetted tub. My husband and I definitely recommend the Adobe Resort and cannot wait for many return visits!

The room was very clean, except the baseboard heater and suicide window. Baseboard heater was very rusty even had chunks takin out of it. And we where on third floor our window had no screen or block. So if u drank or had children better hope you don't get to close to the below waist window. We ate dinner at there restaurant and they served my guest rotton spoiled fish. Staff was amazing though very kind and accommodating. I will be back but will never eat there again.

The ocean view was wonderful. The sign in was quick and easy, and the staff was wonderful. The food at the restaurant was superb.

This was a terrible disappointment. This used to be a desirable destination and we paid close to $180.00 to stay in a place that had urine stained bathroom floors, a non working fireplace and no-bars on a third floor window (terrific view but really dangerous if you have children). Pool area really needed cleaning and when I brought up concerns up checking out was give lip service with no offer to make it up for a second time. The noisy pipes and construction outside our Hallway at 9:30 a.m. on a Sunday morning just added to the experience. Lastly staff was unable to let us know about local restaurants/local brews (new Wildcraft Cider Company in town). I know you can do better Adobe!

Great spot!

Great views. Big pool. Nice hot tub and sauna. Huge breakfast portions. Grouchy bar tender. Overall we had a wonderful time. Plus its halfway between newport and florence for day trips and casino.

Dog friendly! Cozy place, great price. Everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. Great walking path 3/4 mile each way. Monday was the craziest storm, power went out twice, the staff was so great and helpful. We were lucky to have a room with a fire place, which they gave us logs for.

The room was old but clean and the beds were comfortable. We stayed here because the property allows pets (with surcharge). However, the pet rooms seem to be in an outer building that is much further from the ocean and in seems like a much older building. While technically still 'ocean view' the mini refrigerator was much louder than the ocean waves. Perhaps the rooms in the main building were newer/nicer and certainly would have a better view. But if the outer building is our only choice, I certainly would not stay there again for the price.

FALSE ADVERTISING! The room was dirty, furniture covered in stains, walls needed repainting, moisture damage to the bathroom door, tub had dirt and hair, floors had holes in the tile, the restaurant was WAY OVERPRICED, the food was terrible and gave us both food poisoning! Other patron complained of her room being cold to the point that she couldn't sleep, and the front desk did not care, or offer to make it right! Definitely will NOT be back,
