We loved: (1) the spotlessly clean and spacious room and communal areas (2) the view of trees and the sound of the river outside our room (3) relaxing in the hotel's indoor and outdoor hot spring pools (4) helpful staff. The only thing that could be improved would be teabags (ăŠèŒ¶ or black tea), either for free in the room or to purchase from the front desk.
