Large floor-to-ceiling glass panels have been installed so that guests can enjoy the beautiful scenery of the Fujiki River from every angle during their stay.

1: Train
From Tokyo Station, take the JR Tokaido Shinkansen (bound for Shin-Osaka) to ‘Atami Station’ (approx. 45 mins), then take the Ueno-Tokyo Line (bound for Takasaki) from Atami Station to ‘Yugawara Station’ (approx. 5 mins), followed by a 10-minute taxi ride from the station.

2: Bus
From ‘Yugawara Station’ on the Tokaido Main Line, take the Yugawara Onsen Line (bound for Oku-Yugawara) and alight at ‘Oku-Yugawara Iriguchi’. It is a 1-minute walk from the bus stop to the facility.

* From Yugawara Station on the Tokaido Main Line, it is approximately a 10-minute taxi ride to the facility.

■ Please ensure you read the house rules carefully and only make a booking if you are able to comply with them.
Guests who fail to comply with the rules may be asked to leave the premises without refund, even before the end of their booked stay.


[Nature and Insects]

As the property is situated amidst rich natural surroundings, some insects may enter the premises from spring through to summer.
Whilst we take every possible precaution, it is difficult to completely prevent insects from entering.
Therefore, if you are unable to accept our approach to managing the property in harmony with nature, we kindly ask that you refrain from making a booking.

Please note that the presence of insects varies with the seasons; if you have any concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.


【Regarding Fireworks】

Fireworks are strictly prohibited.
COCO VILLA accepts no liability whatsoever for any consequences arising from the use of fireworks.
Furthermore, should any damage occur to COCO VILLA as a result of fireworks, we will charge you for the costs incurred.
Please be aware of this in advance.


【Damage to or Loss of Property, or Unforeseen Cleaning】

Should any of the property’s furnishings or facilities be damaged or soiled during your stay, whether intentionally or through negligence, you will be required to cover the costs of repair or replacement.
Should special cleaning exceeding normal standards be required due to food or drink spills, vomiting, blood, bodily fluids, or soiling, you will be required to pay an additional fee.
Please be aware of this in advance.


【Smoking】

Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the premises.
Should smoking cause damage to COCO VILLA, you will be charged for the costs incurred.

【Noise Restrictions】

Although our facility is situated in a natural environment, there are residents living in the surrounding area.

Noise Restriction Hours | 21:00 – 08:00 the following day

During these hours, outdoor conversation, music, loudspeakers, musical instruments, fireworks and any noisy behaviour are prohibited.
Please refrain from leaving windows or doors open, or from chatting on the terrace, at the BBQ or around a bonfire, as the sound carries a long way.

【Warning & Action】
If a complaint is received from neighbours and the police or management company are called out, you may be asked to leave (no refund).
In the event of malicious behaviour or repeated failure to heed warnings, additional charges (covering cleaning, management call-outs, damage repair costs, etc.) may be incurred as a breach of contract.
