Great location. Construction across the street but didn’t hear anything (really good windows). It’s nice to have a smart tv. Small kitchen with dishwasher and microwave but we didn’t use it. Nice that it had an elevator.

A experiência foi ótima em todos os sentidos. A comunicação prévia foi acertiva e certeira além de gentilmente nos oferecer um earlier check-in. A localização é ótima, perto de vários bares restaurantes, lojas e do teatro de Zagreb. O apartamento é super confortável e os únicos dois pontos que sentimos falta foi de uma mesa mais alta para comer ou trabalhar e mais pressão na água do chuveiro. Super recomendamos.

Safe, Stylish, and Superb Service—Highly Recommend

I thoroughly enjoyed my recent stay at LOOX Boutique Apartments Gundulićeva. The apartment was clean, quiet, and felt very safe—an ideal base just a short walk from the city centre and close to shops, restaurants, and Zagreb’s main attractions. The room was exceptionally well-equipped: a comfortable double bed, plenty of power sockets including USB ports, a Smart TV, air conditioning, and a modern kitchenette with a fridge—perfect for keeping drinks cool. There was also a safe for valuables, generous space to move around, and everything felt fresh and new. I appreciated the thoughtful touches like ample towels, toilet paper, shower gel, and hand soap. When I requested more, the response via WhatsApp was prompt and helpful every time. Communication was easy and reassuring—I always knew I could reach out and get a quick, supportive reply. On the day before my departure, I was kindly offered luggage storage without even needing to ask, which was a huge help as I had a late flight. I chose to store my bags at their other hotel just 10 minutes away, and when I returned, a lovely member of staff assisted me with booking a taxi to the airport. She even invited me to freshen up in their bathroom and help myself to coffee—such a thoughtful gesture. This was genuinely one of the best places I’ve stayed, and I would absolutely choose LOOX again if I return to Zagreb. Highly recommended.

The apartment is close to the main old town area. There are multiple places to eat and shop within a 5 minute walk. We did not have a car, but for those with a car an underground 24 hour parking garage is a 2 min walk away. The communication with the staff was excellent. We had a maintance issue and they rectified the problem as soon as possible.

Modern accommodations in city center

Stayed here for two nights. It was very centrally located to all the sights in Zagreb and main restaurants. Communication was clear about how to get into the apartment. The pillows were very uncomfortable. I ended up with a pinched nerve after the first night. Everything was very modern in apartment. Bathroom was large and modern.

The apartment was in a good location, but the entrance was not very pristine. They were trash bags all out front. And we are not provided with any parking guy or instructions so we had to find a parking garage on our own, which fortunately was close by. All this could’ve been avoided if the apartment owners had provided information to us prior to our arrival.There were no amenities within the apartment in the kitchen, except a couple of coffee pods and creamer. And then the toilet stopped up.

Excellent position for the old town and shopping area. Studio apartment was compact but stylish and very well designed (unless you needed to reach top cupboards). Very quiet. Clear guidance re access, luggage storage etc.
