In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system. 150 m steep footpath to the house. Supermarket 1 km, restaurant 500 m, bakery 550 m, 20 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Wiestiboden" 270 m, railway station "Bahnhof Zermatt" 1.3 km. Mountain railway, ski rental 850 m, ski bus stop 270 m, ski school 1 km, children's ski school 1 km. Hiking paths: Objekt liegt am Wanderweg nach, Findeln/Sunnegga AHV Weg. Please note: no lift. Cabs cannot stop right in front of the house. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Zermatt.

Exit to the balcony, south facing position and west facing position. 1 double bedroom with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)). Bath/WC. Balcony. Balcony furniture.
