The room had an amazing view of the Matterhorn, and the bathroom had a glass ceiling that allowed me to see the stars and part of the mountains while showering. The staff, the breakfast, and the location were great. I will definitely come back here on my next trip to Zermatt.

From start to finish the experience at Basecamp was amazing. Prior to arrival the staff were great at recommending and booking restaurants and snowboard hire. During the stay they were also fantastic, the brekky was great and the mountain view rooms were really well sized to settle in for 5 days.
