In one word GREAT. Lovely place, and we have the feeling to visit some relatives instead of just staying in a hotel. Very friendly and kind people. When we will go back to Zermatt we will come back to Simi, for sure! Thank you

So viel Lärm vom obigen Zimmer und niemand vom Hotel hat sich darum gekümmert. Zum Glück war ich nur 1 Nacht da, denn an schlafen war nicht zu denken! Nie mehr buche ich dieses Hotel!

Die Einrichtung ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Suche noch die begründung für die 4 Sterne. Enttäuschend war, dass wir das Wasser im Zimmer noch Separat bezahlen mussten.
