Lovely hotel with friendly, helpful staff.

Hotel breakfast was varied and delicious. The location is a little bit out of the way, especially when coming back with skis. Going to the mountain in the morning was easier because there was a shuttle every morning that took you either of the three ways up the mountain.There is a ski equipment room, two hot tubs, and a pool. We used them every day and they were very clean.

Loved our visit to Zamett. Staying at this hotel was a pleasure. We were upgraded on arrival, our suite was fantastic and we had the best view of the mountains. The taxi service to and from the hotel was gratefully received. The staff were friendly and efficient.

The service at this hotel was amazing!! Located in a quieter location in zermatt it was only a 10 minute walk from train station and 15 to Matterhorn gondolas. Breakfast was wonderful and hotel staff was very accommodating in every aspect. Outdoor hot tub was superb Bed was super comfortable and room was cozy better than pictures. I only wish was that they provided free water in room. Other than that it was excellent!
