The Space:
The first floor apartment is part of the 'Residenz am Strand' in an absolute top location in the Baltic Sea spa town of Zingst, only separated from the dyke and the traffic-calmed Seestraße by 50 m to the nearby spa beach.

The pier and the Kurhaus are about a 2-minute walk away. The quietly located vacation apartment with south-facing terrace and green views lets you enjoy the sun from breakfast in the morning to coffee in the afternoon.

And you can experience the sunset by the sea with just a few steps to the nearby (barrier-free) spa beach access no. 23.

Finally, relaxation also includes convenience: the nearby shopping facilities offer everything you need without having to take the car.
The accommodation offers a reserved free parking space near the house entrance.

Guest Access:
Only approx. 50 m to the newly designed barrier-free beach access
Access to the apartment and its rooms is barrier-free. The bathroom has a level-access shower, a lower washbasin (for children and wheelchair users), a shower stool and a folding support bar next to the toilet.

The Neighborhood:
The Baltic Sea spa resort of Zingst is part of the charming 'Fischland-Darß-Zingst' peninsula chain, nestled between the Baltic Sea and the Bodden in the middle of the 'Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft' National Park.

Zingst is a vacation resort with traditional charm and a modern ambience. Here you will find endless, fine sandy beaches and an almost untouched natural landscape, which invites you to go on extensive exploratory tours on the very well-developed network of cycling and hiking trails.

In spring and fall, you can experience the natural spectacle of cranes resting on the Bodden during their flight.

Other Things to Note:
Please note that the sauna is not located in the apartment and must be booked separately on site with the property management for a fee. Access cannot be guaranteed.

Bed linen and towels are not included in the price.
Linen packages, consisting of a towel, a shower towel, a sheet and bed linen, can be booked optionally up to 5 days before arrival via our travel registration form for 35€ per person.

Dogs are welcome in the accommodation, please note that there is a dog fee of 50€ per stay.
