ARTON villa (398m2) located in the heart of Istria and is an ideal starting point for numerous excursions. The entire plot (2350m2) is fenced. The interior of the house is modern and furnished with quality furniture and nice details to make guests feel at home. Fireplace and a pool table in the spacious living room provide a comfortable atmosphere during their stay, and guests have access to the wireless Internet access and satellite TV, Billiards, Play Station 3, table football.
On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with dining area and kitchen, an extra bathroom and two bedrooms with private bathrooms. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, each can with a private bathroom and a terrace where you can relax with the singing of birds or overlooking the forest. The house has a large and babies swimming pool (all together 50m2) with sun loungers and a lovely terrace with quality garden furniture and barbecue. The price includes the use of bicycles for 4 adults and 2 children's bicycles (20 "and 24"). Free parking for 4 cars (2 places covered).

Schönes Haus mit tollem Pool
Das Haus liegt außerhalb in mitten der Natur. Man ist in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto im nächsten Ort wo sich der große Supermarkt befindet und einige Restaurants die zu empfehlen sind. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Es fehlt an nichts. Besonders hervorzuheben ist natürlich der große Pool und der schöne Grill.
Der Haus ist auch der ideale Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach Pula, Porec oder Rovinj.
