Apartment Villa Avoca offers self-catering accommodation in a quite little place Mlini.
The property features two furnished balconies and a terrace and swimming pool, fully equipped open space kitchen with a dining area, spacious living room with siting area and four bedrooms each provided with private bathroom, one has spa.
Barbecue facilities, sun loungers, ironing facilities and a laundry room with washing machine will be at guests' disposal.
Free private parking is available on site.

Featuring its private pool with sun loungers, this four-bedroom villa offers two balconies and a terrace boasting views of the valley and the Adriatic Sea. Villa features free WiFi, air conditioning, private parking, ironing facilities and a laundry room with washing machine. Spacious living room comes with a flat-screen satellite TV, and the kitchen is fully equipped with dining area. Each bedroom has a bathroom, one has a spa bath.

This four bedroom apartment is perfectly fit for up to 8 people.

Apartment Villa Avoca is situated in Mlini, a lovely village near historic Dubrovnik, only 50 meters from the Adriatic Sea. Mlini is a small, idyllic fishing settlement located halfway between Dubrovnik and Cavtat with intact beauty, rich vegetation and stunning beaches as well as historical and cultural heritage.

Dubrovnik Airport is located 11 km from the property, while Dubrovnik Main Bus Station and Ferry Port, connecting the mainland with various islands are 12 km away.
The interior of the accommodation can differ slightly from the pictures. However, the level of comfort is as described It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

Located in Mlini, this apartment's balcony views of the Adriatic were stunning. The kitchen had all I needed for cooking meals, and the private pool was a refreshing escape after my explorations. For what it offers, it's a good base to discover nearby Dubrovnik while enjoying quieter evenings here.
