I really enjoyed the hotel! The room is beautiful and super modern. The lobby is beautifully decorated and most importantly the staff is very friendly and welcoming (Lauro is a gem!)

CitizenM is very walkable to central Zurich, with many trams and train station options nearby. The building itself is a bit dated, but they have remodeled it so the room itself is very modern. The smart TV and iPad control aren't very user friendly.

The room design is really horrible. Please do something about it. The person who sleeps beside the window CAN NOT go to the washroom in the middle of night unless jumping out of bed which is impossible for someone at age 50 and elder

Overall a good value with friendly & helpful staff. Just needed a place to stay before flying out the next morning, and wanted to enjoy our last night near old town - and this suited our needs. Not completely clear in the photos but the King room is oddly configured and one person will have to climb over the other to get out of bed - this may be a problem for some people. Really had the feeling of a pod-type hotel room, but for the $ we are satisfied and would most likely stay again.

I liked how centrally located this hotel is, it is within walking distance to a ton of major attractions in Zurich. This property is also super automated with minimal staff. An ipad in the room to control everything you need, lights; tv; room service. Bed is comfortable and food is pretty good. Loved it!
