Property is dated and the room only had one plug near desk so if you wanted to plug in your computer you couldn't have the light plugged in. Very basic hotel that is long past it's prime. Fair number of options for breakfast but food was average at best.

Only there for a day but a great place. The room was surprisingly large and the bed was extremely comfortable. What more was there? The shower was powerful and refreshing. The shuttle to the airport was quick and efficient. Great experience.

Won’t stay again

Staff was friendly but the room wasn’t very nice. Was stifling hot half the night until we opened the window. The beds were not very comfortable. Wasn’t a great experience for our family. We are all tired after a poor nights sleep. We won’t stay there again.

This place is super convenient! It's really close to the airport and right next to the train station, which makes travel a breeze. They have a shuttle every 20 minutes, so you won’t have to wait long. Plus, it's clean and cozy! A great choice if you’re flying out of Zurich Airport the next day.

The stay was terrible because I reached early made to wait till the check in time , however people arrived after me got the room . Receptionist Ms. Alice was very rude I asked instead waiting in the lobby for 3 hours I would like to go around hence I asked her recommendation and her reply was I don’t check google . All the otter staff was very friendly and good . Over all the hotel and staff are good except the one I mentioned above .

The shuttle to the airport worked well for us and was on time. We didn't have breakfast there because it was so crowded with long lines, but it felt safe and clean with comfortable beds.

Room was very dusty, pillows are very flat and uncomfortable. There was no body wash. when I called reception , said the body wash and shampoo is the same something like 2 in 1 and the bottle literally said shampoo and conditioner only. So I went to check again in shower and called back the reception and no one picked up the call and had to use the bar soap that was supposed to be used for hand. Very disappointed. I am glad I was only there for one night. However , the airport transfer was a great service.

The perfect hotel to get me back and forth to the airport, shuttle bus was free and including in the price of the hotel. The restaurant attacked was beautiful the food was delicious, the hotel room was beautiful, very comfortable bed. Staff were so kind and helpful.

Stay for 2 nights and the hotel is in a great location, easy to commute to airport and also a close walk to tram station to get into the city. Reception staff was very nice and welcoming, the shuttle bus run on time and the driver was friendly. The only negative is that housekeeping forgot to clean our room.
