Pros: Clean. Good ventilation. Very quiet. Comfortable room temperature. Spacious and nicely designed room. Located close and conveniently to Zurich airport. Restaurants and grocery stores close by. Cons: Had difficulty checking in using the self check-in terminal. Staff looked up my reference number for me to self check-in. There was only one small trash can in the bathroom.

Hotel is in a very convenient location for a quick trip to the airport. We were in Zurich for only one night and the hotel was only a 15 mins bus ride to the airport and 20 mins from the city center. The train and bus stations were right next to each other and 5 mins walk from the hotel. There are 2 grocery stores and a couple of restaurants right outside as well. The room was a normal room; clean and quiet. The amenities were pretty bare but can be forgiven. For price comparison to hotels in the city center, Zsleep is so much more affordable.

. We had a wonderful stay at this lovely new hotel. The rooms were exceptionally clean and spotless, and the beds were very comfortable. All the furniture was of high quality and brand new. A special thanks to the Front desk Manager, Mr. Iskender — he was truly invaluable and made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is also very convenient, just a 2-minute walk to the train station and bus stops, and it's close to Zurich Airport. We will definitely stay at Zleep Hotel again on our next visit!

LOVED how close this was to the train station and to so many grocery stores. The shower was a little annoying since it flooded the entire floor immediately but we had extra towels so it wasnt a big deal

Clean, friendly staff, very easy check in. Near a lot of stuff & less than 1 min from the train. Beds were ok, and breakfast was a bit expensive. Also continent to the airport. Overall would recommended!

Good for one night near airport.

This hotel is a self checkin hotel. Super easy to take an uber from airport $12. Breakfast was very basic. For a one night stay over it's safe and clean so It was ok for me. Pizza place across street and train station up the hill walking distance.

Upon entering both rooms (416 and 418), we discovered there were no towels provided in either room, nor were there any trash cans available. As late arrivals, we utilized the contactless check-in service. However, when preparing to shower, we realized the absence of towels. By that time, the front desk had already closed for the night, leaving us with no immediate solutions to address the issue.

Booked a room after a flight and went to check in at 11 pm since it said check in open till 12, arrived and there was only a self check in and it wouldn’t let us check in. Had to call someone for help cause there’s no one at the property and had to wait on the phone for over 2 hours for things to be resolved absolutely ridiculous. Would never stay again!
