It seems the building is aging a lot. First two nights, we had an adjoining room where the other residents volume just seeped into the room at 1-4am! The hotel was kind enough to move us to 19th floor, where the room had a strong moldy smell. Turns out we saw mold in the baseboards and bathroom where there is much water damage. We don’t ask for a third room, just lived with it. The surrounding area just seems a little rough too.

The staff was attentive and friendly. The room has seen better times with hot water non available at times and the shower appliances not working or leaking. The wait for the elevator can be very long at peak times. Gym is very limited

Housekeeping request are unforgettable. Hours in delivering a simple request, even claiming. The room is made after 17:00, besides the request to do it before 16:00. So, I came back from business meetings to take a shower and rest and not possible. Have to call reception asking the basics: to clean the room.
